Refund and Returns Policy

At Rizzi Acoustics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rizziacoustics.com before sending your item.

2. Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or modified
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@rizziacoustics.com with photos and a description of the issue.

5. Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
